“What a great experience! Sara, Dominic and Robert were beyond kind helpful. I had purchased an Oklahoma redbud last year from plant world and for some unknown reason it ended up getting diseased. I called to let them know my situation and spoke with Sara. She was extremely knowledgeable and let me know that I could come pick out another tree. So last Sunday I went and tagged one and it was delivered today. Dominic and Robert were also very kind and even helped me get the tree to the back yard!! Thanks everyone for all your help!”
“Huge selection of plans, flower pots, trees, shrubs, ect.. Picked up a truck load of plants, Someone was able to drive them to the front and even load them into the truck for me. A little slow at check out but was understandable considering how busy they can be.”
“There are many options of plants, trees, shrubs and vegetables. The staff is friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. There is an option of becoming a member for life, which allows the purchase price of wholesale. The cost for membership is$25, as of today.”
“Outstanding in every respect. I spent $4k on plants yesterday afternoon. Plants and trees were explained to me, and they showed me everything that they had, made suggestions for my plans, etc. Bob is, I think, the manager, and he helped me figure out which substitute plants for my plans would work, and he made sure that both truck loads were delivered the next morning. Delivery folks were equally helpful. I don’t know why I wasn’t expecting such service but I wasn’t and was blown away. I highly recommend Plant World ABQ, having worked with at least five of the larger nurseries in the ABQ area, all of which are great as well, but I guess the next day delivery and variety professional advice (Bob, manager?) and, yes, cost (sorry, but that’s a reality for someone on an educator’s salary) drove me to write this review. “I bought a bunch of lilacs and thought they were done for. I was upset. Sarah sales manager contacted me and told me what I needed to do. She told me what fertilizer to use when to use it how much to use. Sarah has stuck with me through this to get my lilacs back healthy again. She’s there for me if I have any questions or concerns she walked me through the whole ordeal. My lilacs are beautiful healthy and blooming all thanks to Sarah I even named one after her. I really appreciate that she gave her time and knowledgement to help me and I appreciate you very much Sarah thank you for all you done and all you continue to do.

“It is so rare these days to find such collaborative Customer Service like I experienced recently with Albuquerque Plant World. Since the person I typically confer with — MIKE — was not available, someone immediately referred me to DANE, who was exceptionally helpful in clarifying questions regarding details about certain plants, including best time to plant certain ones at this time of year when freezing temps loom around the corner.
I was really impressed with KAILA who was incredibly patient and kind, as she processed a large order for me and was successful in getting the order filled all in the same day! Although she was humble as she said she has been with PW for less than a year, she was knowledgeable and creative in making suggestions for plants equivalent to the ones we wanted that they did not have in stock. I actually ended up taking some of her suggestions and think they are likely even better than what I had originally planned. She is definitely an asset to Plant World and will certainly be a reason for me to return.
There are always many people “behind the scenes” who complete the team and often end up being the unsung heroes. JACOB with the ginger colored hair, was helpful in making extra trips to get just the right plants. And from what I understand, NICK was the one responsible for pulling the entire order of plants to make it available for pick up the same day as the order actually being made. A hearty thank-you to each one of you who participated in the various aspects to complete this order so beautifully!”

I had just moved to NM and my father showed me this awesome nursery at the beginning of spring 2021…Now I’ve been back countless times buying boulders to plants to wrought iron trellises…I was in awe of all the gorgeous evergreen selections and native trees and most of all the great prices…There is a small fee of around $20-25 dollars to become a member to shop here..It is so worth it believe me especially when you visit often to add annuals, perennials and evergreens to your own garden!”

“Heard about this place from a friend and so glad I called and then went by because they had the best selection I’ve ever seen and it’s a big place so I wasn’t tripping over people and plants everywhere. Everyone was nice and Dane was very knowledgeable and helpful. The one time fee is inconsequential because plants are cheaper there. I got two trees, a lavender, and root stimulator much cheaper than the other places I used to go to. I’ll be back for some vines, etc soon. Oh yeah, great location too!”
“I went back to Plant World after my 1st visit and bought some Park Grass Seed. The gentlemen that helped us also explained how to lay the grass seed down and recommended some Fox Farm Boomerang to help bring a couple of my evergreen trees back.
