Your information, whether public or private, will not be sold, exchanged, transferred, or given to any other company for any reason whatsoever, without your consent, other than for the express purpose of delivering the purchased product or service requested.
Plant World strives to bring you the highest quality plant life available at the lowest wholesale price possible. We take great pride in selling only the very best. We guarantee that our nursery stock is true to name and variety. After the plant life leaves our facility, we cannot control the care and/or maintenance of the plants and therefore cannot accept returns or refunds on plant life. Returns on hardline product will be accepted within 14 days of purchase with a receipt of purchase.
Nursery Stock may be personally selected and tagged. When stock is tagged, a 25% deposit will be required to hold for more than 15 days after which the tagged items will be returned to sell-able inventory. Tagged items that need to be held more than 30 days require full prepayment to ensure availability. Make sure you let the sales office know what items you have tagged.
Items not customarily part of our inventory may be ordered for a deposit of 50% of total price. Deposit is non-refundable.
Following the receipt of your on-line order, a sales associate will contact you within 24 hours to confirm your order and make arrangements for product to be picked up at our location or arrange for delivery.
We will assemble and hold any size order for a period of two weeks unless prior special arrangements have been agreed upon. After two weeks the plant material will be returned to open stock.
On-line and phone orders may be picked up during normal business hours. If loading is required for large orders after 4:00 pm a $75.00 fee will be added to hold over staff to meet your loading needs. If you need product the same day please place your orders by 3:00 pm to allow us ample time to load your vehicle during normal business hours.
Forms of payment include cash, checks, debit cards, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. All purchases shall be accompanied by payment in full at the time the products are picked up or delivered unless a Plant World Charge Account has been established. Checks returned by the bank will incur a $50 returned check fee, which will be added to the outstanding balance.
Landscape Professionals may apply for a charge account by completing a CREDIT APPLICATION and submitting it to our accounting office. Application could take several days to be reviewed and approved.
